Time to get rid of your spreadsheets for tracking your statistical projects.
You can configure EZManip to use state of the art issue trackers like Jira, BugZilla or Redmine.
The user-friendly integration between version control systems and issue trackers allows you to commit code changes and update the associated issue status in one step. Create new issues and edit existing issues; sort and filter issues and save queries; create patches and add attachments—all from the IDE.
Create an agile statistical development environment with EZManip.
EZManip lets you create and manage Hudson or Jenkins continuous servers and related jobs. You can register Hudson or Jenkins instances, create new jobs, run jobs, and view results provided by the server.
Browse your hosted jobs, builds, workspaces, and artifacts, and inspect the build console in the Output window. When a build fails, you are notified immediately in the IDE’s status bar.
To find out why a job failed, right-click a build node and inspect issues for all failed tests. You can also view the changelog and browse file diffs in a user-friendly way, right inside the IDE.
Out of the box, EZManip lets you access Git, Mercurial, and Subversion repositories. Plugins are available for working with CVS and other repositories.
The editor uses color coding to highlight lines that have been added, deleted, and modified. Tools are provided to pull, push, fetch, shelve, and view changes, diffs, and local history, as well as to resolve merge conflicts intuitively. Visual tools are provided for complex activities, such as merging a feature branch back into the trunk, to do diffs between branches and revisions, to switch between queues, and to support rebase operations.
